RemindMeAgain is simple, but it does what it does well. Simply enter in a reminder, the duration you want to be reminded, and that's it. It's handy to make good habits, like standing up once an hour, grabbing a drink of water, or following the 20-20-20 rule. RemindMeAgain works with Notification Center, so you can make it as unobtrusive or annoying as you like.
